Data we collect. We may collect contact details, company information, tax and VAT information you submit, communications, enquiry or assessment form content, technical usage data, cookie-related data, and records needed to provide our services and protect our systems.

Purposes. We use personal data to respond to enquiries, assess requested tax or VAT services, deliver consulting, manage contracts, improve our website, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and where permitted send relevant service communications or marketing.

Recipients. Data may be shared with hosting, IT, analytics, communications, and professional service providers acting on our instructions, and with authorities or counterparties where legally required or necessary for service delivery.

Cross-border disclosures. If service providers process data outside Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards required by Swiss law, such as contractual protections, unless an exception under law applies.

Retention. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes, business records, legal retention duties, dispute handling, and enforcement or defence of legal claims.

Marketing emails. If we send promotional emails, they will identify the sender and include a simple free opt-out.
