Fees and boundaries
Quoted fees, package scopes, and deliverables apply only as stated in the relevant proposal, order page, or written agreement. Prices shown must be understood according to the listed inclusions and exclusions and should not be misleading, consistent with the Price Indication Ordinance of 11 December 1978 (PIO; SR 942.211).
No warranties; liability limits
Information and tool outputs are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, TaxClearly GmbH excludes liability for indirect loss, loss of profit, data loss, and consequences arising from reliance on incomplete or incorrect user inputs, third-party sources, or legal changes. Nothing here excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted.
Privacy and communications
Personal data handling is described in the privacy notice and is subject to the Federal Act of 25 September 2020 on Data Protection (FADP; SR 235.1) and Data Protection Ordinance of 31 August 2022 (DPO; SR 235.11). Marketing emails, where used, must identify the sender and offer a simple free opt-out in line with Federal Act of 19 December 1986 against Unfair Competition (UCA; SR 241), Article 3 paragraph 1 letter o UCA.
